Senior Pastor

    After recovering from alcohol and drug addiction in 1989, Pastor Stacey MaGee continued his career as a professional musician in Hollywood, California.  In 1994, He left the music world searching for a deeper meaning to life.  His spiritual journey led him to the Pentecostals of Bossier City where he received the Holy Ghost in 1995.  His life was radically transformed and he received his General License with the UPCI in 2002. Pastor MaGee evangelized and was involved in several ministries before becoming Pastor of First Church Reading in December of 2011.
    In addition, Pastor MaGee has been a Licensed Addiction and Mental Health Counselor for 30 years. Pastor Stacey MaGee's life experience and professional knowledge make him keenly aware of the problems facing our world and the community of Greater Reading today.
    Pastor MaGee and his wife Christi have been married over 20 years. His family includes a daughter, Savannah Grace. Pastor Stacey and Christi MaGee are a ministry team whose common goal is helping others find hope and meaning in life through discipleship in Jesus Christ.
